Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unused product in its original Opinel box, ensuring all blades are safely secured and protective inserts are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
